I recently purchased 5 system boards from The Best Part Inc. Finding exactly what I needed on their web site was very easy. It is an excellent, user-friendly site. Placing the order was straightforward and simple. I received the order very quickly. However, the best part of the experience came after I received the order. I discovered that one of the boards was defective, which can happen to any vendor. As soon as I discovered the problem, I emailed their customer service and within MINUTES had a response from them that they were shipping the replacement right then and would enclose a return UPS label to return the defective board. I received the replacement without delay or question which enable me to get my customer back up and running very quickly. This company KNOWS what customer service is about and delivered it beyond my expectations. Based on this experience with them, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I wish every company I deal with was this good.

My son ordered a replacement power supply for his HP mini tower and Best Part shipped within a day or so of placing the order. After receiving the part, we determined that it was not the reason for the malfunction and that the problem was in fact the board itself. We waited almost four months to return the part (not recommended) due to a hectic schedule. Not only did Best Part give a full refund of our purchase but they also refunded the shipping too. Normally shipping would be deducted as the restock fee. My situation might not be typical, and I recommend working within their refund terms and conditions, but Best Part went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer and one that will return if the need arises. Thank You Best part.
